Order Tracking

How to track the status of your order –

Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code and a link for you to track how far away your order is to your door. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

What if I am not home when the item is delivered?

We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australian post express will leave a card with a unique barcode which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up. As we want only you to receive your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. If you place an order before 11am, it will be sent that afternoon.

Guanabana will not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit.
