Welcome to the Online Order Page for Guanabana Designs. To place an order, simply head to the bottom of each collection page.

We process and package our website orders directly from our studio in beautiful Newcastle, NSW Australia. We offer our customers a discounted price of $5.00 for freight within Australia and your purchase will be sent Express Post as soon as payment is received.

Once you have placed your order on the website you will be contacted via email to confirm the order and send you an invoice. If you wish to be contacted by phone just include your details on the form. Please include any questions on the form – we are most happy to help you with sizing or suggest the best design and colours for you!

There are several options for payment:

• Direct Deposit/EFT into the nominated bank account on invoice.
• Credit card, over the phone.
• Money Order or Cheque.
• Lay-by: We offer 6 weeks lay-by with a minimum deposit of 20%.
• Bartercard/BBX (Conditions Apply)

As our collections sell out quickly, we are only able to hold items for 2 days unless either full payment or part payment for a 6 week lay-by has been made. We do offer exchanges within seven days (except for swimwear/underwear) and ask you to cover the cost of return postage and include a self-addressed Express Post envelope.

We are most happy to post items internationally, so contact us for a quote. We are also happy to send items registered Post if requested.
